Three Questions You Want To Ask God

Most of us would agree that we don’t always need to understand everything happening in our lives—as long as we know that God is with us. The path ahead may be unclear, but if He walks beside us, we find peace in the journey. However, despite this faith, there are still certain questions that linger in our hearts—questions we may never voice aloud, yet ones that we long to have answered.

Life is full of uncertainties, challenges, and moments that leave us wondering why things happen the way they do. Sometimes, we wrestle with pain, loss, or confusion, yearning for clarity. We tell ourselves to trust in God's plan, but deep inside, we still crave understanding. If given the chance, what are the questions you would ask God right now?

Would you ask about your purpose? So many of us search for meaning, trying to understand our role in this vast world. Why are we here? What is our true calling? While the Bible assures us that we are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), it is human nature to seek personal confirmation of our unique purpose.

Perhaps you would ask about the hardships you’ve endured. Why do good people suffer? Why do prayers sometimes seem unanswered? We know that trials shape us, strengthen our faith, and bring us closer to God, but in the moment of struggle, it can be difficult to see the bigger picture.

Or maybe your questions would be about the future. What lies ahead? Will your dreams come true? Will the path you’re walking lead to joy and fulfillment? The uncertainty of the future can be overwhelming, but God reminds us to trust in Him completely, for He has plans to prosper us and not to harm us (Jeremiah 29:11).

No matter what questions we hold in our hearts, one thing remains true: God’s wisdom surpasses our understanding. We may not always receive the answers we seek, but we can find comfort in His presence, knowing that He guides us with love and purpose.

So, if you had the chance to ask God three questions right now, what would they be?

  1. 1. How do I get healed?
    2. How do I make enough money doing something that helps people?
    3. How do I get the power to influence my family to accept and follow Christ?
